These terms apply to the Vxara website, customer portal, reseller portal, and hosted Vxara services unless a signed order form, service agreement, or reseller agreement says otherwise.

Vxara is provided for business use. Subscription pricing, billing cadence, support level, cancellation terms, and any managed hosting commitments are confirmed in the order or agreement accepted for that account.

Customer data belongs to the customer account. Resellers and staff may access only the accounts they are authorized to support. Do not share credentials or use another customer's data, portal links, or exported files without permission.

Do not use the website or portal to upload unlawful content, attack the service, or access data that is not yours.
