Service agreement

Hosted Vxara subscriptions are governed by the order form or master service agreement accepted for the account, plus the website Terms.

Legal review required: final SLA, uptime credits, data processing addendum, and support response targets must be inserted by counsel before public launch claims.

Until that document is signed, operational commitments are limited to what is written in the accepted commercial quote or order.
