Reseller agreement

Reseller partners sell and support Vxara under a signed reseller agreement covering branding, territory or channel rules, commission, and customer ownership.

Legal review required: commission schedule, payment timing, non-solicit, branding, and termination clauses must be final before onboarding paid resellers.
