Vxara collects only the information needed to run the website, respond to requests, and operate customer and reseller accounts.

Billing, invoices, payment records, and operational data live in the Vxara application backend. The public website does not store card data.

We use access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logs to protect account data. If you need a formal privacy agreement for your company, contact us before production rollout.
