Cancellation policy

Customers may request cancellation through their account owner or Vxara support. Service continues through the end of the paid term unless the order form says otherwise.

Legal review required: notice period, mid-term cancellation fees, data export window, and deprovisioning timing must be confirmed in the commercial terms.
